I think I'm back? Maybe? I've gotten too wary to say that I am for sure! But as of last night, it looks like our internet just might be pretty stable again thanks to the incredible efforts of dfeazell and my Mom! Hooray them! I can't say this is going to work all the time, but it should be better than it has been! Yay! So here's the lowdown on my life recently:

Teaching 5th grade next fall full time, at my favorite school! Woohoo! On the other hand, I am currently the -only- teacher hired for 5th grade there, as all the rest left. Umm....

Finished my 3 month stint in kindergarten, and I miss my kids badly! Sniff! Now I'm doing the last two weeks in second grade. It's, um, an adventure. School's out Thursday though!

I started taking voice lessons, and I'm hoping to audition for a musical this summer. We'll see if anything comes of it.

I'm teaching science summer camp for five weeks this summer, 20 hours a week. Niiiice happy schedule!

I have a garden! My zucchini is all flowery. My big tomato plant has several tomatoes, and the cherry tomatoes I started from seed are all about a foot tall now! My pea plant has pods! My herbs are going nuts! And the cucumber is starting to flower. Yaaay!

It's hot outside!

Think about it this way! In 5 years (if you're still teaching 5th grade!) you'll see your kindergarteners again! ;)
