The Music Man By Benetton!

The revival of one of my favorite musicals was on TV tonight, The Music Man. This is the one with Matthew Broderick as Harold Hill. I’ve been looking forward to this for ages, ever since I even heard they were making this movie. I love this musical, and have since I was a little kid. I know it way, way too well, having seen the Robert Preston/Shirley Jones version a gazillion times, and then having been a dancer and singer in a stage version of it when I was nineteen. Suffice it to say, I was –way- stoked to hear about a new version! First of all, I will say it is definitely worth watching, to say the least.

In other news, we have about 2’ of snow outside. My car is buried, and I have a raging headache that I can’t get rid of. But I made homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner, and it was wonderful! Happy blizzard, everyone!
