Another opening, another show!

The Women opened tonight, and it was fabulous! The adrenaline was going, the timing was on, and the audience was just as energized as we were! Ironically, my uber-bitter nurse character got way more laughs than my uber-ditzy blonde character, but hey! People laughed and enjoyed, and it was all good! The champagne gala after the show was a success too, with lots of patrons staying to chat and hang out. Portions of the cast hung out far later than the patrons, of course, drinking champagne and munching and being noisy. We had an absolutely wonderful time, and four of us women are bringing our yoga mats to do yoga pre-show tomorrow. Yay! I am happy and grateful and elated that I get to work with so many wonderful people.

And then of course I spent part of the time singing Aladdin songs with the director of that show, whom I adore. This is going to be fun. :)
