breoaigitNow the state benefits coordinator is coming down on me for not filing appeals or doing anything in 2002 or 2003. I was told -nothing- could be done. That's why! *sigh* Yeah, it's really looking like this letter isn't going to happen. Oh, well. Such is life. It really doesn't change anything, I suppose.
