Funny feeling

Is it just me? Sometimes I get hit by the sudden certainty that something, somewhere, has gone desperately wrong. Not with me, just something. Somewhere. I don't know who, and I don't know what, but I know for a fact somebody's hurting somewhere. And then it goes away. It still leaves me a bit worried, and I have no idea why it happens, or if something really did happen. As far as I can tell? Nothing actually happens, and it's all in my head or my lack of caffeine. ;)
