That's -it-?
Feb. 11th, 2004 09:17 amWell, I finally did something wild and crazy. Okay, wild and crazier. I joined WeightWatchers online, as none of the meetings in the area even remotely fits in my distincly weird schedule. The whole premise is basically calorie control. Different foods get assigned different point value, and I get so many points in a day. I can eat low-fat, low-cal stuff and eat normal amounts. Or I can eat a Big Mac and fries and not eat anything else that day. Whoops. ;) I can't say there's progress yet, but I only started yesterday, so it's not like there would be. The problem so far is I'm -hungry-. Only I don't know if I'm really hungry or if it's just mental. Anyhow. If nothing else, this should be good for ye olde ticker. However, I'm likely to be cranky for a while until my body adjusts to this new way of sucking down grub. If I'm grumpy at you, I'm sorry! It's my evil alter ego!
Today is madness. I have to grade tests, grade essays, write a lesson plan for tonight, and also do my normal work. Oof. And then manage to get home by 9pm. ;)
