Silver lining?
Feb. 13th, 2004 11:28 amPeople have brought in chocolates and scones and cookies like -mad- today at work. They're everywhere. Must resist! Augh! I guess the 'silver lining' is that it's been such a horrid, nasty Alexander day, I have no desire to eat whatsoever. If I survive the next 4.5 hours, it will be a reason to celebrate all on its own. ;)
Update: I ate one chocolate chip cookie. It made the world a moderately happier place, even if work is still dicey. Sometimes chocolate is absolutely worth it. :)
