Creepy!

I don't know how this works.

But it's worked for me multiple times in a row, and I for one am frankly creeped out. It doesn't work if I randomly choose a number. It has worked very time if I follow the instructions and do the math in my head.

Anyone have any clues as to the what's going on? I refuse to buy that a machine can pick numbers out of my head.

The question is - did you hover your mouse over your choice? If you did that, then it's recording a mouse over. I did it without and with mouse over, even without adding up, and with was always correct, the other never. :)
